Proceed from downtown, North on Salina Street, then make a right onto Butternut Street. Proceed on Butternut to 3rd Avenue, and make a right. You will be able to see the monument at the top of the hill, and parking is available at the base of the stairs on the street. You can also enter from the park entrance off of Oak St. and walk on the park road to the monument at the back end of the park.
